Methodical Tea | Organic and Ceremonial Grade Matcha
Methodical Tea | Organic and Ceremonial Grade Matcha
This ceremonial grade Matcha is organically and masterfully crafted to produce a vibrant green color and a smooth, creamy texture.
Delicate notes of whipping cream and umami with a floral-like sweetness that lingers on the palate. Bold and fresh, it is perfect for a traditional ceremony and can also be enjoyed as a matcha latte.
Sourced from the Shizuoka Prefecture in Japan, a region known for its top-grade teas, this Matcha is harvested in the spring, gently steamed, and ground using the bead milling method to preserve its unique flavor profile.
Production of this particular tea is very low so we are extremely proud to be able to offer it to you.
Each canister contains 50 g (2.1 oz.) of Matcha.
What makes it ceremonial?
Japan doesn't commonly use the terms "ceremonial grade" and "culinary grade" for matcha, but the US does to determine quality. While there are no strict regulations, ceremonial matcha is high-quality matcha from Japan that can be enjoyed on its own.
